Commitment to Service

Renaissance Salon and Day Spa  is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers. 

  We strive to deliver the best possible results for every client.   However, due to the nature of our services, outcomes can sometimes vary and may, not go exactly as planned. All fees for services are nonrefundable.  We remain committed to supporting you and are happy to adjust future services to better align with your goals.

Appointments

We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. We do require a card on file to book an appointment with us. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Our Cancellations Policy for all salon & spa services do require more than a 24-hour notice to not be subjected to a charge.  If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to appointment, you will be subject to a 50% charge. If cancellation is made 12 hours prior to appointment, you will be subject to a full  charge, Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Suggestions are always welcome.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient.

I graduated from Williston State College with an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Massage Therapy and then attended the Montana Beauty Institute to receive my Esthetician Certificate. I started Hannah’s Healing Hands in August of 2020 and absolutely love what I do. I offer a wide variety of services from massage and cupping to facial and lashes.
